Liverpool had an even worse start in the new campaign and it took a while before the team got its first win. Or at least, they were before the World Cup started. They had four wins in the last five games and generally, the team looked a lot stronger. They did not concede a goal in the majority of their games but then played against Newcastle in their first match and lost 0:3.

Liverpool had some issues against Villa but the team generally looked a lot better and should be at the start of a good winning streak. Leicester were in an incredible form before the break but as soon as they faced a top team like Newcastle, they crumbled. We expect to see 3+ goals from Liverpool in this game and possibly one from Leicester too.

Liverpool should be able to score as early as the first half of the match. We expect early goals and an early solid result for Liverpool. They should be motivated to turn their season around, especially after signing Cody Gakpo from PSV earlier this week.
