Everton facing shock NINE-POINT deduction

The club is appealing the decision and has vowed to fight any attempt to force them to pay compensation to other teams. The 10-point deduction is the most severe in Premier League history and leaves Everton second-bottom of the division, two points from safety. If they were to be docked more points, they would be in serious danger of relegation.

Everton, who are unbeaten in their last four matches, will appeal against the punishment handed down to them this week. Their next match is against Manchester United on November 26.
